CPD Accredited Courses

ABT Accredited Courses
ABT Accreditation means a course has been independently reviewed and approved by one of the UK's leading beauty accreditation bodies. Although we recommend completing the programme over 16 weeks, you're free to study faster or take additional time depending on your commitments.
You'll have 6 months to complete the entire programme, giving you flexibility while still working towards a clear goal.

Learners who successfully complete our face-to-face programme will be awarded the VTCT Skills Level 3 Diploma in Nail Technology. This is a nationally recognised vocational qualification, achieved by successfully completing both the practical and theoretical assessments required by the awarding organisation.
Online Professional Nail System Collection
Learners who complete the online programme will receive a CPD & ABT Accredited Certificate of Achievement for the Professional Nail System Collection. This confirms that you have successfully completed the course and met the required learning outcomes. The course has been independently accredited for its educational quality and is recognised by ABT, helping eligible learners obtain professional insurance, subject to individual insurer terms and eligibility.

We want every learner to feel confident before enrolling, so we encourage you to review the course information, entry requirements, timetable, study commitment and payment terms carefully before making your purchase.
Your 14-day cancellation period
When you enrol online or enter into a course agreement at a distance, you will generally have a 14-day cooling-off period beginning from the date your enrolment is confirmed. You must contact Lightheaded Academy within this period if you wish to cancel.
For online programmes, you may choose to receive immediate access to the digital learning platform during the 14-day cooling-off period. Before access is provided, you may be asked to give your express consent for the digital content to begin and acknowledge how this affects your cancellation rights. Once digital content has been accessed, downloaded or started, your right to cancel may be limited or lost in accordance with applicable consumer law.
After the cancellation period
Once the applicable cancellation period has ended, course fees are normally non-refundable if you change your mind, no longer wish to continue or are unable to complete the programme.
For the VTCT programme, deductions may also apply where costs have already been incurred, including registration, administration, tuition already delivered or a professional kit that has been ordered, issued, opened or used.
Payment-plan learners remain responsible for the agreed course fees unless a cancellation right applies or Lightheaded Academy confirms another arrangement in writing.
Nothing in our refund policy affects your statutory consumer rights. Where a course or its digital content is faulty, materially misdescribed or not supplied with reasonable care and skill, you may have additional legal remedies.
